AU - عناني، أحمد كامل عبد العزيز AU - رسمي، محمد محمد حسن AU - شعلان، عبد الحميد عبد الفتاح عبد الحميد AB - هدف هذا البحث إلى التوصل إلى وضع تصور مقترح لربط منظومة التعليم العالي الهندسي والتكنولوجي باحتياجات سوق العمل، وبما يتفق مع صورة الجامعات وخططها المستقبلية، وتشخيص واقع التعليم الجامعي الهندسي للتعرف على جوانب القصور فيه وكيفية التغلب عليها والتعرف على مدى ارتباط التعليم الجامعي الهندسي باحتياجات سوق العمل. وفي سبيل تحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: 1) تدني مستوى الكفاءة والفاعلية وانخفاض مستوى الخريج، تضخم مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي أدى إلى ركود في سوق العمل، وتفشي ظاهرة البطالة بين الخريجين، ضعف ربط مؤسسات التعليم الهندسي والتكنولوجي بمؤسسات العمل والإنتاج. 2) وفي سبيل التغلب على هذه المعوقات وأوجه القصور تم وضع تصور مقترح لإعادة هيكلة منظومة التعليم الجامعي في ضوء احتياجات سوق العمل. In order to achieve these goals adopted find a descriptive analytical method.
