AU - مناعي، سناء AU - خلاصي، مراد AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على العلاقة بین اتجاهات معلمي الطور الابتدائي نحو المقاربة بالكفاءات ومستوى الرضا الوظیفي لدیهم. وانطلقت الدراسة من الفرضیات الآتیة: الفرضیة العامة: توجد علاقة بین اتجاهات معلمي الطور الابتدائي نحو المقاربة بالكفاءات والرضا الوظیفي لدیهم، إلى النتائج التالیة: 1) مستوى الرضا الوظیفي لدى معلمي الطور الابتدائي منخفض كما أن اتجاهاتهم نحو المقاربة بالكفاءات سلبیة. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في اتجاهات معلمي الطور الابتدائي نحو المقاربة بالكفاءات تبعا لمتغیر الجنس ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في مستوى الرضا الوظیفي لدیهم تبعا لمتغیر الجنس. 3) وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائیة بین اتجاهات معلمي الطور الابتدائي نحو المقاربة بالكفاءات ومستوى الرضا الو ظیفي لدیهم وتلك العلاقة موجبة وضعیفة. Does the nature of their attitudes differ in relation to competencies according to the gender variable? The researcher took a primary school as a model for the study and reached the following results: 1) The level of job satisfaction among primary school teachers is low. 2) Attitudes of teachers of primary stage towards the approach of competencies negative. 3) There were no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of primary stage teachers toward the competency approach according to gender variable. 4) There is a correlation relationship of statistical significance between the attitudes of teachers of primary stage towards the approach competencies and job satisfaction.
