AB - هدف البحث الحالي إلى الوقوف علي أهم المعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق برامج التأهيل المهني للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وكذلك معرفة المتطلبات اللازمة لتطوير برامج التأهيل المهني للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بإحدى مراكز رعاية الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وقد تألفت عينة البحث الحالي من جميع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الملتحقين بمركز إشراقة أمل للتأهيل المهني بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة من مختلف الإعاقات العقلية والسمعية والبصرية والجسدية لذوي الهمم وبلغت عددها (35) طالباً وطالبةً ممن تتراوح أعمارهم من (16 سنة فما فوق)، وكذلك المدربين المهنيين القائمين على تدريبهم في هذه المراكز حيث تقدم خدمات التدريب والتأهيل المهني للطلبة وقد أجاب على الاستبانة مجموعة من المختصين بإعداد برامج التأهيل المهني والأخصائيين الإجتماعيين والنفسيين وبعض الأطباء وبلغ عددهم (35) فردًا. وتوصل البحث إلي مجموعة من المعوقات وكذلك مجموعة من المتطلبات اللازمة للتأهيل المهني للأشخاص من ذوي الإعاقة ، واقترحت الباحثة بعض التوصيات اللازمة لتفعيل برامج التأهيل المهني للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. AB - The aim of the current research is to identify the most important obstacles facing the application of vocational rehabilitation programs for persons with disabilities, as well as to know the requirements necessary to develop vocational rehabilitation programs for persons with disabilities in one of the centers for persons with disabilities in the United Arab Emirates. The sample of the current research consisted of all persons with disabilities enrolled At Ishraqa Amal Center for Vocational Rehabilitation in the United Arab Emirates of various mental, hearing, visual and physical disabilities for people of determination, the number of students reached (35) male and female students ranging in age from (16 years and above). As well as the professional trainers who train them in these centers where training services are provided A group of specialists in preparing vocational rehabilitation programs, social and psychological specialists and some doctors answered the questionnaire, and their number was (35) individuals.
