AU - إبراهيم، أحمد مصطفى الشحات‎ AU - عبد الرحمن، محمد السيد AU - صوان، نجوى شعبان محمد‎ AU - إبراهيم، أسامة رفعت‎ AB - استهدف البحث التعرف على العلاقة بين خبرات الإساءة في الطفولة واضطراب ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، وتكونت عينة البحث من (309) مراهقًا ومراهقة من طلاب الثانوية العامة، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية، واستخدم البحث مقياس إساءة معاملة المراهقين، ومقياس اضطراب ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة وفق معايير الدليل التشخيصي الخامس PCL-5. وأظهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أنماط الإساءة وآثارها واضطراب ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية. أنبأت بعض أبعاد الإساءة (الإساءة البدنية والنفسية والجنسية والإهمال ومشاهدة الإساءة من الأب، والإساءة الجنسية من الأم) دون غيرها بضغوط ما بعد الصدمة لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، كما اتضح عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في إساءة المعاملة وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في إضطراب ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة. The research sample consisted of (309) male and female high school students, and they were chosen by the random sample method. The research used the Adolescent Abuse Scale and the PTSD Scale, according to the standards of (DSM-5) (PCL-5). The results showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between the patterns of abuse, their effects and PTSD among secondary school students. Some predicted of abuse (physical, psychological (emotional) and sexual abuse, neglect, seeing abuse from the father, and sexual abuse from the mother) alone predicted post-traumatic stress in high school students, only predicted through post-traumatic stress in high school students, it was also evident that there were no statistically significant differences between males and females in abuse, as well as no statistically significant differences between males and females in PTSD.
