AU - بيومي، عواطف عبده AB - This study aims to:1)Shedding light on the concept of social skills as one of the variables that positive psychology is interested in.2)Verifying the effectiveness of the narrative approach to developing the social skills of kindergarten children .Curriculum and sample of the study: The study used a range of tools are: scale Jodanf Harris intelligence, and the form of the child data, and a measure of social skills photographer as well as story as an input to the development of social skills for kindergarten children, the current experimental approach adopted by the study and we used the design of the group, were tested SPSS control is random The two tests before me and after me The statistical treatment was done by using the statistical program Hypotheses by computing the (t) test, the analysis of the covariance, and the ITA square .The most important results of the study: 1) The results of the tracer measurement of the level of social skills of the experimental group indicated that it decreased slightly .2) The results also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post and tracer measures. The study recommended the following: 1) Holding seminars and lectures for teachers during the service about the importance of training programs and educational games, how to implement them, and their role in developing social skills by using the story as an introduction to developing the skills of the kindergarten child .2) Giving the stories of sufficient size within the school curricula due to their important role in developing social skills among kindergarten children.
