AU - الحربي، نيفين بنت حامد بن سالم الصاعدي AB - أجريت الدراسة الحالية لتقصي العوامل المتنبئة بالاتجاهات نحو التعليم الإلكتروني القائم على الويب، ومعيقاته، ومحفزاته، لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة أم القرى، المملكة العربية السعودية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، طبقت أدوات الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 100 مشارك ومشاركة. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن للدعم المؤسسي، والقيمة المتصورة للتعلم الإلكتروني القائم على الويب، ومهارات الكمبيوتر والإنترنت، قدرة تنبئية إيجابية دالة إحصائياً بالاتجاهات نحو التعلم الإلكتروني القائم على الويب، كما أظهرت النتائج أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة أم القرى لديهم اتجاهات إيجابية نحو التعلم الإلكتروني القائم على الويب، وأن المحفز: "التدريب على التعلم الإلكتروني" جاء في المرتبة الأولى، في حين جاء المحفز: "اعتراف الأقران والهيبة والمكانة" في المرتبة الأخيرة. وفيما يتعلق بمعيقات التعلم الإلكتروني القائم على الويب، لم يظهر المشاركون اتفاقًا ملموساً نحوها. وعليه توصي الباحثة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات على عينات من جامعات وكليات متنوعة؛ لزيادة الفهم بالعوامل المتنبئة باتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو التعلم الإلكتروني القائم على الويب، ومحفزاته ومعيقاته. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current study was conducted to investigate the factors predicting trends towards web-based e-learning, its obstacles, and their motivations, among the faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve these objectives, research measures were applied to a sample of 100 participants. The results revealed that institutional support, the perceived value of web-based e-learning, and computer and internet skills were statistically significant positive predictors of web-based e-learning. Furthermore, .the faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University had strong positive attitudes towards it. The results also showed that the motivator: “e-learning training” came first, while the motivator: “peer recognition, prestige, and status” came last. Regarding barriers to web-based e-learning, the participants did not show concrete agreement towards them. Accordingly, there is a need to conduct further studies on different samples from various universities and colleges for a better understanding of faculty members ’attitudes towards web-based e-learning, the predicting factors of attitudes towards web-based e-learning, motivators, and barriers to using web-based e-learning.
