The study showed that the teaching of cognitive and perceptual skills changes according to the blended education, so that the more blended education at one level, the lower the teaching of cognitive and perceptual skills by (0.042) level, and here the impact of the blended education on the education of cognitive and perceptual skills is summarized, that is, if the blended education increases by one level The teaching of cognitive and perceptual skills decreased by (0.042) levels, and if blended education decreased by one level, the teaching of cognitive and perceptual skills increased by (0.042) levels. The researcher recommended the Ministry of Education to review educational policies, especially with regard to the method of education, including blended education, and its effects on cognitive and cognitive skills.
