AU - عبد النعيم، إيمان محمود محمد AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أهمية تطبيق مدخل الإدارة بالأهداف في تحسين أداء مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة أسوان وتحقيق قدرتها على التنافس، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، وتكونت العينة من (243) معلماً بالمرحلة الثانوية، وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: 1) أن مدخل الإدارة بالأهداف يعد من أنسب المداخل الإدارية الحديثة بالمؤسسات ككل بصفة عامة، والمؤسسات التعليمية بصفة خاصة، حيث إنه يتبني عملية إحداث تغيير بالمؤسسة ككل. 2) أن أبعاد الإدارة بالأهداف تتوفر بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة أسوان بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر عينة البحث. 3) أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوي ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة بمحافظة أسوان للإدارة بالأهداف ومستوي ممارسة الميزة التنافسية. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data and information, and the sample consisted of (243) teachers at the secondary stage, and the research reached a set of results, the most important of them are: 1) The approach to management by objectives is one of the most appropriate modern administrative approaches to institutions as a whole in general and educational institutions in particular. Whereas, it responsible of a process of creating change in the institution as a whole. 2) That the dimensions of management by objectives are available in public secondary schools in Aswan governorate with a medium degree from the viewpoint of the research sample. 3) That there is a positive, centrifugal and correlation relationship with statistical significance between the level of practicing management by objectives by public secondary school managers in Aswan and the level of practicing competitive advantage.
