AU - عبد الله، شيماء علي AB - يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تطوير التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمي المدرسة الثانوية بمصر في ضوء خبرة رواندا وذلك باستخدام المنهج المقارن. وقد تناول البحث عدداً من النقاط ومنها: الأسس النظرية للتنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمي المدرسة الثانوية لتدريس التعليم من أجل مهارات الحياة، واقع التنمية المهنية المستدامة لمعلمي المدرسة الثانوية لتدريس التعليم من أجل مهارات الحياة في مصر، الجهود المبذولة للتطوير والآليات التي تستخدم لأجل ذلك. إلا أن هذه الجهود تحتاج إلى الدعم والتخطيط الجيد مع ترتيب الأولويات وفقا لاحتياجات المعلمين، وكشف الواقع عن العديد من المشكلات ومنها: إن طرائق التدريب والتدريس التقليدية لا يمكنها إكساب الطلاب المهارات الجديدة للتعليم للريادة، غياب فكر التنمية البشرية عن القطاع التعليمي بشكل عام والمعلمين بشكل خاص، أن التركيز في البحوث والدراسات التربوية ينصب على تطوير المعلم لقدراته التدريسية مع إغفال التدريب على المهارات الحياتية التي تساعده على أداء مهامه. The research examines, the theoretical foundations of the Sustainable professional development for secondary school teachers to teach life skills education, the fact of the Sustainable professional development for secondary school teachers to teach life skills education in Egypt, the efforts exerted for this development, and the mechanisms used for that. However, it was found that these efforts need support and good Planning, simultaneously with arranging the priorities of development according to the teacher's needs. While the examining of the facts of sustainable professional development for secondary school teachers to teach life skills education in Egypt revealed the existence of some problems like: the traditional teaching and training methods which are not able to deliver new skills for Entre development in the education sector in general and specially for teachers. The focus of the educational researches and studies on developing the teachers' teaching skills while the inattention of training on life skills that help them do their job.
