AU - المقبالي، أحمد خلفان AU - الفواعير، أحمد محمد جلال AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى الهوية المهنية لدى معلمي شمال الباطنة في سلطنة عُمان في ضوء متغيري الجنس والخبرة، وتكونت العينة من (400) معلماً ومعلمة اُختيرت بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، كما استخدم مقياس الهوية المهنية (Hao et al., 2014). وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الهوية المهنية جاء مرتفعا في الدرجة الكلية للمقياس وفي أبعاده الفرعية. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح الإناث في المقياس الكلي للهوية المهنية وأبعاده كلها عدا بعد (المقارنة الاجتماعية وإعادة احترام الذات)، بينما لم تكن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الهوية المهنية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة على المقياس ككل وعلى أبعاده عدا بعد (الصورة الذاتية المهنية)، حيث توجد به فروق لصالح سنوات الخبرة (أكثر من 15 سنة). (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current study aimed to identify the level of the professional identity among teachers of North Al Batinah governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the gender and experience variables. The study sample consists of 400 respondents selected using simple random sampling. The researchers used the correlational descriptive approach and the Professional Identity Scale (Hao et al., 2014). The results showed that the level of professional identity was high in general and in all domains. According to variables, the results showed significant differences in the level of professional identity due to gender variable in favor of females except for social comparison and restoring self-esteem domains. According to the experience variable, the results showed no significant differences in the level of professional identity due to teacher experience except the professional self-image domain.
