AU - عبد الحميد، هناء إبراهيم AU - فهمي، تقوى عمرو محمد AB - استهدف البحث الحالي تحسين مستوى الذكاء الروحي وأثره في تنمية الكفايات المستند على نموذج العوامل الخمسة الكبرى لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) معلم ومعلمة لطلاب التربية الخاصة بمحافظة الإسكندرية وتم تطبيق مقياس الكفايات المهنية المستند على نموذج الأبعاد الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية ومقياس الذكاء الروحي لمعلمي التربية الخاصة، وبتحليل النتائج فقد تم التوصل إلى: 1) توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين في القياسين القبلي والبعدي علي مقياس الكفايات المهنية. 2) لا توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي علي مقياس الكفايات المهنية. 3) توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين في القياسين القبلي والبعدي علي مقياس الذكاء الروحي. 4) توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي علي مقياس الذكاء الروحي. 5) توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين أبعاد الذكاء الروحي وأبعاد الكفايات المهنية. 6) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية فى أبعاد الذكاء الروحي والدرجة الكلية وفقاً للنوع الذكور والاناث. 7) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية فى أبعاد الذكاء الروحي والدرجة الكلية وفقاً للتخصص (إعاقة عقلية/ صعوبات التعلم). 8) توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين أبعاد الذكاء الروحي وأبعاد العوامل الخمسة للشخصية. The research sample consisted of 30 male and female teachers of special education pupils in Alexandria Governorate. The professional competencies scale based on five major factors of character model and also the spiritual intelligence scale for special education teachers were applied on sample. The analysis of results has indicated that: 1) There are statistically recognized differences between the mean scores of teachers in the pre- post measure on the professional competencies scale. 2) There are no statistically recognized differences between the mean scores of teachers in the post- follow up measure on the professional competencies scale. 3) There are statistically recognized differences between the mean scores of teachers in the pre- post measure on spiritual intelligence scale. 4) There are statistically recognized differences between the mean scores of teachers in the post- follow up measure on spiritual intelligence scale. 5) There is statistically recognized relation between the dimensions of spiritual intelligence and the dimensions of professional competencies. 6) There are no statistically recognized differences between the dimensions of spiritual intelligence and the total scores according to gender (male/female). 7) There are no statistically recognized differences between the dimensions of spiritual intelligence and the total scores according to job description (mental disabilities/learning difficulties). 8) There is statistically recognized relation between the dimensions of spiritual intelligence and the dimensions of five major factors of character.
