AB - L’analyse argumentative et l’approche épilinguistique des textes et discours officiels portant place et rôle du français dans l’Éducation nationale est un travail qui nous permet de nous initier à un domaine où l’argument est loin d’être explicite. On se laisserait volontiers séduire par l’idée qu’un discours officiel n’a nullement besoin d’être justifié (ou argumenté) et ne recoure pas forcément à une technique argumentative pour « emporter l’adhésion », comme dirait Ruth Amossy. Ce travail, si mérite il peut avoir, ouvrira probablement le champ vers d’autres perspectives de recherche dans le domaine de la législation algérienne. S’articulant sur quatre grands chapitres, il essaye de montrer que l’art d’argumenter n’est pas seulement une opération d’énumération ou d’alignement d’arguments ; c’est tout autant un effort de rechercher, à l’intérieur de soi, des arguments de taille que l’autre ne partage pas forcément quitte à se justifier par des sentiments ou des jugements personnels. C’est le mariage du rationnel (analyse argumentative) et du subjectif (analyse du discours épilinguistique) qui permet la naissance d’une sphère argumentative qui prend en charge de présenter l’argument dans sa nature, un argument direct et spontané. L’étude de ce discours officiel présente une particularité qui la met au devant des études sur l’analyse du discours de par le fait qu’elle repose sur le mariage de disciplines de divers horizons. L’interdisciplinarité dans laquelle se positionne cette discipline d’analyse du discours, lui confère le droit d’user des apports des différentes théories sur le langage en allant de la logique à la théorie de la communication. La nature de notre corpus d’analyse et l’angle d’étude sous lequel nous l’appréhendons ne sont pas aussi sans détourner notre analyse en l’orientant vers l’exploitation des apports de l’analyse du discours et de la sociolinguistique. C’est pourquoi donc, nous nous plaçons dans ce champ interdisciplinaire pour chercher la structure argumentative qui sous-tend ce discours sur la langue française ; un discours qui marie logique et subjectivité. AB - The argumentative analysis and the epilinguistic approach of official texts and speeches carrying(wearing) place and role of French in the national Education is a work which allows us to learn about a domain where the argument is far from being explicit. We would gladly be allowed seduce by the idea that an official speech needs by no means to be justified (or argued) and does not resort necessarily to an argumentative technique "to take the membership ", as would say Ruth Amossy. This work, if merit it can have, will open probably the field towards other research perspectives in the field of the Algerian legislation. Articulating on four big chapters, it tries to show that the art to argue is not only an operation of enumeration or adaptation of arguments; it is just as much an effort to look for, inside one, arguments of size that the other one does not share necessarily even if it means justifying itself by feelings or personal judgments sentences. It is the marriage of the rational (argumentative argumentative) and of the subjective (analysis of the epilinguistic speech) who allows the birth of an argumentative sphere which takes care to present the argument in its nature, a direct and spontaneous argument. The study of this official speech presents a peculiarity which puts it in the front studies on the analysis of the speech due to the fact that it rests on the marriage of disciplines of diverse horizons. The interdisciplinarity in which is positioned this discipline of analysis of the speech confers it the right to use contributions of the various theories on the language by going of the logic to the theory of the communication. The nature of our corpus of analysis and the angle of study under which we arrest it are not also without diverting our analysis by directing it to the exploitation of the contributions of the analysis of the speech and the sociolinguistic. That is why thus, we take place in this interdisciplinary field to look for the argumentative structure which underlies this speech on the French language; a speech which marries logic and subjectivity.
