AU - بوعبد الله، لحسن AU - خرباش، هدى AU - حمودي، أسماء AB - This study presents the results of three researches treating the problem of the formation of both the psychological and the speech therapist in the field of work: In the first study, a questionnaire was directed to a sample of 75 practicing psychologists, in the second study 4 interviews were conducted with practicing speech therapist As for the third study, a questionnaire was applied to a sample of 22 practicing speech therapist. The results of the three studies were combined to the inability of university’s formation to make a psychologist and speech therapist who can meet the requirements of working life correctly. This calls for a review of the current university training system.
