AU - القرشي، أمجاد عباد مسلم AB - يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين درجات طالبات جامعة الطائف على مقياس إدارة الوقت ودرجاتهن على مقياس الضغوط الأكاديمية، والتعرف على العلاقة بين درجات طالبات جامعة الطائف على مقياس إدارة الوقت ودرجاتهن على مقياس قلق الاختبار، والكشف عن الفروق بين متوسطي درجات طالبات جامعة الطائف في مقياس إدارة الوقت وفقا للتخصص، وللتوصل الي هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي المقارن، وتم استخدامه لأنه يتناسب مع أهداف هذا البحث وإجراءات تطبيقه، وتكونت العينة الأساسية من (280) طالبة بالمستوى السادس منهم (140) طالبة بكليتي العلوم والحاسبات، و(140) طالبة بكليتي الآداب والشريعة، وتوصلت النتائج الي وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين إدارة الوقت والضغوط الأكاديمية لدى طالبات جامعة الطائف، وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين إدارة الوقت وقلق الاختبار لدى طالبات جامعة الطائف، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى إدارة الوقت وفقا للتخصص الأكاديمي (علمي - أدبي). Results showed a statistically negative correlation between time management and academic pressures among students of Taif University, and there is a negative correlation statistically significant between time management and test anxiety among Taif University students, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of time management according to academic specialization (scientific-literary).
