AB - هدفت الدراسة الى تقنين مقياس الدافعية للإنجاز لعبد اللطيف محمد خليفة في البيئة الجزائرية واستخراج معايير مناسبة لعينة التقنين ،تم تطبيق المقياس على عينة قوامها (200) طالبا وطالبة من جامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة للموسم الجامعي 2019/2020 تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي متبعة طريقة الروائز للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة وذلك باستخدام الاساليب الاحصائية التالية: 1) المتوسط الحسابي. 2) الانحراف المعياري. 3) معامل الارتباط بيرسون (Pearson) للتحقق من صدق الاتساق الداخلي. 4) T-test لحساب صدق المقارنة الطرفية (الصدق التمييزي). 5) حساب الثبات بطريقة الفا كرونباخ للتحقق من ثبات فقرات المقياس، ومعامل جيتمان. 6) المئينيات والدرجة الزائية والتائية لاستخراج معايير الاداء وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: اتساق الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس دافعية الإنجاز مع خصائص الاختبار الجيد بعد تطبيقه على عينة الدراسة الأساسية، حيث أظهرت نتائج الصدق بطريقة المقارنة الطرفية أن قيمة اختبار(T(test بلغت 15.64 وكانت دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01) وبطريقة الاتساق الداخلي بين الفقرات وأبعاد المقياس الخمس تراوحت القيم ما بين (0.20،0.70) والاتساق الداخلي بين الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية (الخام) للمقياس تراوحت القيم ما بين (0.70،0.82)، وهي كلها دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الثقة (0.01)، أما معامل الثبات عن طريق الفا كرونباخ بلغ قيمة (0.88) وطريقة التجزئة النصفية بلغ معامل سبيرمان براون (0.82)، وكذا معامل جتمان بلغ قيمة (0.81)، وهي قيم دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01)، وتم استخراج المعايير الزائية والتائية والمئينية، والتى تحدد موقع الفرد داخل المجموعة التي ينتمي اليها حيث تم التوصل الى توزيع الافراد توزيع اعتدالي وتحديد مستويات الدافعية للإنجاز الى خمس فئات. AB - The study aimed to legalize the measure of motivation for achievement of Abd alLatif Muhammad Khalifa in the Algerian environment and to extract suitable criteria for the rationing sample, the scale was applied to a sample of (200) students from the University of Muhammad Boudiaf of M'sila for the 2019/2020 academic year, who were chosen by the stratified random method. The researcher used the descriptive method, following the method of rewards to answer the study's questions, using the following statistical methods: 1) the arithmetic mean. 2) standard deviation. 3) the Pearson correlation coefficient to verify the validity of internal consistency. 4) (test) T to calculate the validity of the peripheral comparison (discriminatory validity). 5) computation Stability using the Alpha Cronbach method to verify the stability of the scale paragraphs, and Getman's. 6) percentiles, Z-and-T scores to extract performance criteria, and the study concluded the following results: The consistency of the psychometric properties of the achievement motivation scale with the characteristics of a good test after applying it to the basic study sample, where the validity results showed that the peripheral comparison method showed that the value of the (T) test was 15.64 and was statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01) and by the method of internal consistency between the paragraphs and the dimensions of the scale The five values ranged between (0.20,0.70) and the internal consistency between the dimensions and the total (raw) degree of the scale, the values ranged between (0.70,0.82), which are all statistically significant at the level of confidence (0.01), while the coefficient of stability by Alpha Cronbach reached a value (0.88) And the half-segmentation method, the Spearman Brown coefficient reached (0.82), and the Gutman coefficient reached a value of (0.81), which are statistically significant values at the level of significance (0.01). It belongs to it, where a moderate distribution of individuals has been reached and levels of motivation for achievement have been determined into five categories.
