AU - أبو عيادة، هبة توفيق AB - تهدف الدراسة الحالية تعرّف دور مؤسسات التعليم العالي في إدارة المعرفة، للخروج منها بالمقترحات والإجراءات التي تساعد على تطوير دور مؤسسات التعليم العالي في إدارة المعرفة وتحقيق المأمول منه، من خلال تحليل ومراجعة البحوث والدراسات السابقة والأدبيات التربوية التي تناولت إدارة المعرفة بما يضمن الخروج برؤية علاجية متكاملة لمواجهة معيقات تطور تناولت مؤسسات التعليم العالي في إدارة المعرفة. وتختلف الدراسة الراهنة عن الدراسات السابقة في منهجية الدراسة إذ تعتمد الدراسة الحالية على تحليل الأدبيات التربوية التي تداولت موضوع مؤسسات التعليم العالي في إدارة المعرفة من خلال المنهج التحليلي وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسات السابقة ووفقًا لرؤية الباحث تقوم الدراسة الراهنة بوضع رؤية علمية لمواجهة معوقات ومشكلات إدارة المعرفة في إدارة المعرفة.
