AU - العطار، حيدر إبراهيم محمد AU - صالح، شفق محمد AB - هدف البحث التعرف إلى: 1) الذكاء الانفعالي لدى طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال. 2) التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لدى طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال. 3) العلاقة الارتباطية بين الذكاء الانفعالي والتوافق النفسي والاجتماعي. إذ اقتصرت حدود البحث على موضوع الذكاء الانفعالي وعلاقته بالتوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لدى طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال في الجامعة المستنصرية/ كلية التربية الأساسية في مدينة بغداد للعام الدراسي 2019-2018. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم اعتماد مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي الذي يتكون من (50) فقرة، ومقياس التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي المكون من (60) فقرة بصورتهما النهائية واستُخرِجت لهما جميع الخصائص القياسية اللازمة في بناء المقاييس النفسية، واستعملت الوسائل الاحصائية اللازمة في بناء المقاييس النفسية وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) تتمتع طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال بمستوى عال من الذكاء الانفعالي. 2) تتمتع طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال بمستوى عال من التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي. 3) توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الذكاء الانفعالي والتوافق النفسي والاجتماعي. وفي ضوء النتائج خرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات، والمقترحات لدراسات مستقبلية. The limits of the research were limited to the subject of emotional intelligence and its relationship to psychological and social compatibility among students of kindergarten department at the University of Mustansiriyah/ College of Basic Education in the city of Baghdad for the academic year 2018-2019. To achieve the objectives of the research was adopted the emotional intelligence scale, which consists of (50) paragraphs, and the measure of psychological and social compatibility of (60) paragraphs in their final form and extracted them all the necessary standard characteristics in the construction of psychological measurements, and used the necessary statistical means in the construction of psychological measurements and reached research The following results: 1) The students of the kindergarten department enjoy a high level of emotional intelligence. 2) Kindergarten students enjoy a high level of psychological and social compatibility. 3) There is a correlation between emotional intelligence and psychological and social compatibility. In light of the results, the research came up with a set of recommendations and proposals for future studies.
