AU - خليفات، عبد الفتاح صالح AU - الضلاعين، طارق AB - هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على النمو المهني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات المجتمع، وتحقيقا لهدف الدراسة قام الباحث بتطوير أداة الاستبانة وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها والتي تكونت من (25) فقرة وزعت على ثلاثة مجالات وتم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة من (137) من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كليات الجنوب، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى النمو المهني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات المجتمع جاء متوسطا، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير الجنس على مستوى النمو المهني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات المجتمع على المستوى الكلي وفي جميع المجالات ولصالح الذكور، كما توصلت الدراسة الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الرتبة الأكاديمية على مستوى النمو المهني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات المجتمع في مجال (البحث العلمي) ولصالح فئة الرتبة الأكاديمية (أستاذ) وفئة (أستاذ مشارك). In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed the questionnaire tool and verified its validity and consistency, which consisted of (25) distributed to the sample of the study (137) of faculty members in the faculties of the south of the University of Balqa Applied, the study found that the level of faculty professional development in the community colleges was average. In the first place was the field of university teaching at a high level followed by the field of community service at an average level, . The study also found statistically significant differences due to the effect of gender variable on the level of faculty professional development in the community colleges at the macro level and in all fields and for males, while there were no statistically significant differences at (α0.05) due to the effect of the specialization variable on the level of faculty professional development in the community colleges that there are statistically significant differences due to the effect of the academic rank on the level of faculty professional development in the faculties of society in the field of scientific research, for the academic class (professor) and category (associate professor).
