AU - الغرابي، هادي زيد AB - تهدف الدراسة إلى: التعرف على دور المشرف التربوي في تدعيم النمط القيادي التحويلي للقادة لتنمية المعلم مهنيا تجاه التنمية المهنية للمعلم وأهدافها ، التعرف على نوع العلاقة لدور المشرف التربوي في تدعيم النمط القيادي التحويلي للقادة لتنمية المعلم مهنيا تجاه التنمية المهنية للمعلم وأهدافها. يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المشرفين التربويين والقادة بتعليم خلال العام 1440ه والبالغ عددهم (113) مشرفا وقائدا (17) مشرفا (96) قائداوقائدة ، قام الباحث بتوزيع الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة بلغت (83) مشرفا وقائدا وقائدة بنسبة (73,45%) من مجتمع الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: جاء دور المشرف التربوي في تدعيم النمط القيادي التحويلي للقادة لتنمية المعلم مهنيا بدرجة كبيرة جدا، وأوصت الدراسة: ضرورة دعم المشرف التربوي لممارسة القادة للنمط القيادي التحويلي لتنمية المعلم مهنيا تجاه التنمية المهنية للمعلم، ويقترح الباحث أجراء دورات تدريبية للقادة في تعليم الأسياح بإشراف وتخطيط من المشرفين التربويين للتنمية المهنية للمعلم، وأجراء دراسة موسعة مشابهة لهذه الدراسة تشمل جميع جوانب التنمية المهنية. The study population consists of (113) supervisors and leaders (17) supervisors (96) leaders. The researcher distributed the questionnaire to a random sample of the study society (83 supervisors and leaders) (73.45%) of the study population sixth, the results, recommendations and proposals: the study reached the following results: the role of educational supervisor in strengthening the leadership of the development of the teacher professionally very much, and recommended the study: the need to support the educational supervisor for the leadership practice of the leadership mode of teacher development professionally towards the professional development of the teacher, the researcher to conduct training courses for leaders in the education of tourists under the supervision and planning of educational supervisors for the professional development of the teacher, and conducting an extensive study similar to this study covering all aspects of professional development.
