AU - الزهراني، أنور علي بن أحمد AU - الألفي، أشرف عبده حسن AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة المهارات القيادية لدى مديري مدارس منطقة الباحة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وأيضا تحديد دلالة الفروق في استجابات عينة الدراسة وفقا لبعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية (المرحلة التعليمية، سنوات الخبرة في التدريس، المؤهل العلمي)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي بصورته الارتباطية، كما تم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية من المعلمين بلغ عددها (865) معلما، وتم استخدام الإستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات المكونة من محور (المهارات القيادية) وذلك بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، ومن ثمّ تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة الأساسية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الدرجة الكلية لتقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة- من معلمي مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة الباحة- لتوفر المهارات القيادية لدى مديري مدارسهم جاءت (كبيرة)، فيما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في الدرجة الكلية وأبعاد (المهارات القيادية)، تعزى لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية لصالح معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة، ومتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح المعلمين الحاصلين على دراسات عليا، فيما لم توجد فروق وفق متغير سنوات الخبرة، ووفقا لهذه النتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات ومنها: حث مديري المدارس على ربط خطة تنمية المعلمين مهنيا برؤية ورسالة المدرسة ورسالتها وأهدافها، بما يحقق تفعيلا أكبر للتخطيط المستقبلي داخل المدارس، وكذلك توجيه مديري المدارس نحو بناء رؤية مشتركة بين المعلمين حول تطوير العمل المدرسي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to identify the degree of leadership skills of Baha school leaders from the teachers' point of view, as well as determine the significance of differences in sample study responses, according to some independent variables (educational level, years of teaching experience, scientific qualification), and to achieve objectives of the study were followed descriptive approach with survey style. A random sample of 865 teachers were selected,, the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and consisted of areas and verify the validity and reliability, and then applied to a sample of basic study, the study found that the total score of the sample of the study sample of the teachers of general education schools in Al-Baha region to provide the leadership skills of the leaders of their schools came (high), while significant differences were found at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the total score and dimensions of the first axis (leadership skills), due to the variable of the educational stage for the teachers of the intermediate stage, and the variable of the scientific qualification for the benefit of teachers with postgraduate studies. There were no differences according to the variable years of experience. According to these results, a number of recommendations were made, including: school leaders to link the teacher development plan professionally with the school vision and mission. To achieve greater activism for future planning within schools, as well as to guide school leaders towards building a common vision among teachers on the development of schoolwork.
