AU - الفايز، فايز بن عبد العزيز AU - الشمراني، سلمان بن حسن AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف أدوار المشرف التربوي في تطوير معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في مجال (الأداء التدريسي، طرق واستراتيجيات التدريس، إدارة الصف، العلاقات الإنسانية). كما هدفت للتعرف على درجة اختلاف آراء أفراد الدراسة حول الأدوار التي قد تساعد في تطوير هؤلاء المعلمين باختلاف متغيري الدراسة (المؤهل الدراسي الخبرة). واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات. وكانت أبرز نتائج الدراسة أن أفراد العينة متوافقون بدرجة متوسطة على أدوار المشرف التربوي في تطوير معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة الرياض في جميع المجالات. وأنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدارسة باختلاف المؤهل الدراسي لصالح حملة البكالوريوس، كما أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية باختلاف عدد سنوات الخبرة في التعليم لصالح أفراد العينة البالغ عدد سنوات خبرتهم (من سنة إلى أقل من 5 سنوات). وعلى ضوء نتائج الدراسة، وضع الباحثان عدداً من التوصيات ليقوم المشرف بأدواره على أكمل وجه، أبرزها ما يلي: تزويد المعلمين بأمثل الطرق لإنجاز المهام في الدرس بالوقت المناسب، و إرشاد المعلمين إلى استخدام أساليب التدريس الملائمة للطلاب، حث المعلمين على الاهتمام بالحوافز التشجيعية للطلاب، وإرشاد المعلمين إلى الاهتمام بتهيئة وترتيب بيئة الصف، وإرشاد المعلمين إلى عدم تدوين العبارات السلبية أو الجارحة عند تقويم أعمال الطلاب. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aims to determine the roles of superintendent for developing the elementary school teachers in Riyadh in the following: teaching performance, methods and strategies of teaching, classroom management, and human relations. It further aims to identify the level of the variance of opinions held by the study participants according to different variables of the study (academic qualification - experience). A questionnaire was used to carry out the study. The most important results were that majority of the respondents moderately agreed in every field to the roles of superintendent for developing the elementary school teachers in Riyadh. As well as the differences found in statistical significance in responses of study participants with various educational qualifications favoring those with bachelor’s degrees, and the number of years of experience in education favoring those with one to less than five years of experience. In light of the results of the study, The researchers wrote a number of recommendations, the most important of them where: the superintendent should Provide teachers with the best ways to accomplish tasks in a timely manner, instruct teachers to use appropriate teaching methods for students, encourage teachers to pay attention to student motives, instruct teachers to take care of the classroom environment et instruct teachers not to write negative or offensive statements when evaluating students' work.
