AB - هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فعالية برنامج تدريبي في تحسين الكفاءة الاجتماعية من خلال الأبعاد المتمثلة في: التوكيدية، والثقة بالنفس، والتفاعل الاجتماعي، والضبط الذاتي، وأثره على الصلابة النفسية لدى عينة من المراهقات الصم وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (20) مراهقًة صمٌاء، ممن تراوحت أعمارهن بين (15: 18) عامًا، تم تقسيمهـن عشوائيًا إلى مجموعتــين: المجموعة التجريبية وتشمل (10) من مراهقات صم؛ والمجموعة الضابطة تشمل (10) من مراهقات صم ذوي الفقدان السمعي الحاد (أكثر من 90 ديسيبل) بمدرسة الأمل للصم بمدينة المنصورة، واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على مقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية للمراهقات الصم (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس الصلابة النفسية للمراهقات الصم (إعداد الباحثة)، والبرنامج التدريبي في تحسين الكفاءة الاجتماعية للمراهقات الصم (إعداد الباحثة)، واستخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية الآتية: اختبار مان– ويتنى، واختبار ويلكوكسون لإشارة الرتب، ومعادلة حجم التأثير، معامل ألفا كرونباخ- معامل ارتباط بيرسون، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي فعالية البرنامج التدريبي في تحسين الكفاءة الاجتماعية وأثره على الصلابة النفسية لدى عينة الدراسة. AB - The current study aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program in improving the social efficiency for a sample of female deaf teenagers through the dimensions of: self-confidence, assertiveness, social interaction and self-control and its impact on Psychological Hardness. The study sample consisted of (20) deaf female teenagers, whose ages ranged between (15:18) years old. They were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group which included (10) deaf teenage girls; and the control group which includes (10) deaf female teenagers, with acute hearing loss (more than 90 decibels). The study sample is taken from Al-Amal School for the Deaf and Dumb in the city of Mansoura. The study tools include the social efficiency measure for deaf female teenagers (researcher preparation), the psychological hardness standard for deaf female teenagers (researcher preparation), and the training program for developing social efficiency. The researcher uses the following statistical methods: Mann-Whitney test, Wilcoxon test for signed ranks and effect size equation, and Alpha Cronbach- Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of the training program in improving the social efficiency and its impact on the psychological hardness for a sample of study.
