AB - تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع اتجاهات الطلبة نحو الرقمنة الإدارية حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الرقمنة الإدارية ومساهمتها في تطوير العمل الإداري بجامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة. وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الذي يقوم بوصف الظواهر وتحليلها وتفسيرها، واعتمدنا أيضا في عملية جمع المعلومات على استمارة استبيان والتي تضمنت 3 محاور والتي وزعت على 30 طالب من كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية على مختلف تخصصاتهم. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف اتجاهات الطلبة نحو الرقمنة الإدارية ومدى فعاليتها في العملية التعليمية والاتصالية لدى جامعة المسيلة. وقد خلصت دراستنا لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها: 1) تقوم الرقمنة الإدارية بتقويم مجموعة من المهام التي تجعلها مميزة عن الإدارة التقليدية. 2) تبسط الرقمنة الإدارية إجراءات العمل داخل الإدارة. 3) تساهم الرقمنة الإدارية في زيادة وكفاءة العمل الإداري داخل المؤسسسة وهذا من خلال التطور التكنولوجي. AB - This study deals with the subject of students ’attitudes towards administrative digitization, as this study aims to identify administrative digitization and its contribution to developing administrative work at the University of Muhammad Boudiaf in al-Masila. In this study, we have relied on the descriptive approach that describes phenomena, analyzes and explains them, and in the process of collecting information we also adopted a questionnaire form that included 3 axes, which were distributed to 30 students from the College of Humanities and Social Sciences in their various specializations. This study aims to explore students' attitudes towards administrative digitization and the extent of its effectiveness in the educational and communication process at the University of M'sila. Our study concluded a set of results, the most important of which are: 1) Administrative digitization introduces a set of tasks that make it distinct from traditional management. 2) Administrative digitization simplifies work procedures within the department. 3) Administrative digitization contributes to the increase and efficiency of administrative work within the institution, and this is through technological development.
