AU - التميمي، محمود كاظم محمود AU - خلف، علي صبحي AB - تضمن البحث خمسة أبواب احتوى الباب الأول على مقدمة البحث وأهميته وتم التطرق فيه إلى سمات الشخصية بصورة عامة ومدى أثرها في اتجاهات الطلبة نحو درس الجمناستك، أما مشكلة البحث فقد لاحظ الباحثان ومن خلال تجربتهما الميدانية في مجال التدريس الجامعي للطلبة علامات الحيرة والخوف من قبل الطلبة عند فشلهم في تعلم وأداء مهارات الجمناستك مما سوف يواجهون من ردود أفعال من قبل التدريسي في مادة الجمناستك والتي قد تنعكس بشكل سلبي على اتجاهاتهم نحودرس الجماستك، وقد اعتمد الباحثان لدراسة هذه المشكلة على مقياس خصائص شخصية التدريسي من وجهة نظر الطلبة والذي تم بناءه لعدم توافره في مجال التربية الرياضية لمادة الجمناستك، وكذلك اعتماد مقياس اتجاهات الطلبة نحو درس الجمناستك (علي خلف، 2007). وفي الباب النظري تم التطرق إلى مفهوم خصائص الشخصية ونظرية السمات والتي اعتمدها الباحثان في بحثهما، كما تم التطرق إلى مفهوم الاتجاه ونظرية التطابق المعرفي، أما الباب الثالث فقد تضمن تفصيلا لمنهجية البحث وإجراءاته واستخدم الباحثان عدد من الوسائل الإحصائية لمعالجة النتائج التي حصلا عليها وبعد عرض النتائج ومناقشتها تم التوصل إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات منها وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين خصائص شخصية التدريسي من وجهة نظر الطلبة واتجاههم نحو درس الجمناستك. The researchers focused on the effects of these traits on student's attitudes towards gymnastics lesson. The problem of the research was that the researchers, through their field experience, noticed that students get scared and confused when they fail to perform a certain skill fearing the teacher's reactions which negatively affect the student's attitudes towards gymnastics. The researchers used personality traits scale to measure the teacher's personality traits from the student's point of view. This scale was designed by the researchers because there is no scale for measuring these traits in the field of physical education in gymnastics. Ali Khlef's Attitude's Scale towards gymnastics 2007 was used. The concept of personality and traits were discussed thoroughly by the researchers as well as the concept of attitudes. The researchers followed a scientific program to collect the data that was treated using proper statistical methods. The researchers came up with many conclusions one of them is that there is a correlative relationship between the teacher's personality traits from the students' point of view and their attitudes towards gymnastics lesson.
