AU - محمود، أمين محمد محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة لبيان فاعلية برنامج تدريبي للتنمية المهنية في رفع الكفايات التدريسية لمعلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة، تم إعداد وتصميم البرنامج من خلال معرفة الكفايات التدريسية المناسبة لإعداد البرنامج التدريبي المستخدم، وطبقت هذه الدراسة على مجموعة من معلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها، وقد أظهرت الدراسة فاعلية البرنامج، وبعد استعراض نتائج هذه الدراسة ومناقشتها، تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The objective of the study is to demonstrate the effectiveness of a training program for professional development in raising the teaching competencies of the teachers of Arabic language for non-native speakers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the program was designed and defined by the teaching competencies suitable for the preparation of the training program used and applied to a group of Arabic language teachers the study showed the effectiveness of the program. After reviewing and discussing the results of this study, a set of recommendations and suggestions were presented.
