AU - الفضلي، ياسمين هداد فاضل AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى ثقافة الوعي بحقوق الطفل لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال العاصمة بدولة الكويت في ضوء اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الطفل واتجاهاتهن نحوها. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (108) من معلمات رياض الأطفال في رياض الأطفال الحكومية التابعة للمنطقة التعليمية بالعاصمة بدولة الكويت وتم اختيارهن جميعا بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة من محورين: الأول ويهدف لقياس مستوى ثقافة الوعي بحقوق الطفل لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال وتكون من (15) فقرة. أما المحور الثاني فيهدف لقياس اتجاهات المعلمات نحو اتفاقية حقوق الطفل وتكون من (14) فقرة. وقد أظهرت النتائج: أن مستوى ثقافة الوعي بحقوق الطفل لدى المعلمات كان مرتفعا، وأن اتجاهاتهن نحو حقوق الطفل كانت عالية أيضا، توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين معلمات رياض الاطفال فى مستوى ثقافة الوعي بحقوق الطفل طبقا لعدد الدورات التدريبية الحاصلات عليها، توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين معلمات رياض الاطفال فى مستوى ثقافة الوعي بحقوق الطفل طبقا لمستوى المؤهل العلمى الحاصلات عليه. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed to determine the level of awareness of child rights culture among kindergarten teachers in the capital of Kuwait in light of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and their attitudes to it. The study sample consisted of (108) of kindergarten teachers in public kindergartens of the district capital of Kuwait were selected all the way stratified random. To achieve the objectives of the study were to identify the construction of two axes: the first is designed to measure the level of awareness of child rights culture among kindergarten teachers and be one of the (15) paragraph. The second axis aims to measure attitudes toward the parameters Convention on the Rights of the Child and be one of the (14) paragraph. The results showed: that the level of awareness of child rights culture among teachers was high, and that attitudes towards the rights of the child was also high. There are statistically significant differences between kindergarten teachers in the level of culture of awareness of children's rights according to the number of training courses obtained. There are statistically significant differences between kindergarten teachers in the level of culture of awareness of children's rights according to the number of scientific time limits obtained.
