AU - المباشر، نعيمة يوسف AU - كبير، أحمد آدم عبد البنات AB - The aim of this study was to find out the effect of employing Kagan's structures in the classroom management on the academic achievement of the third-grade students in the Arabic language in both the written and the reading. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher labored with two descriptive and semi-experimental approaches. (40 students), one representing the experimental group (20) and the other (20) students. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the achievement level of students in the Arabic language course in reading skills as a result of the use of classroom management in cooperative learning methods - Kagan structures, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the achievement level of students in the Arabic language course in the written skills in the initial exam as a result of the use of classroom management in a collaborative learning method - Kagan structures, "and called on the researcher to prepare mandatory training courses for all teachers of different subjects how to use different cooperative learning style Petrakib Kagan organized by the school district, encourage school administrators about the idea of applying the concept of cooperative learning in their schools Petrakib Kagan, through holding seminars and meetings illustrate this experience, the benefits learned in raising the educational learning process.
