AU - حمد، محمد مصطفى AB - هدف البحث إلى تعرف دور التوجه الريادي في تنمية الأداء الريادي لدى الباحثين في كلية التربية بجامعة أسيوط، ووضع تصور مقترح لتفعيله. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ حيث قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة تم تطبيقها على عينة من بعض الباحثين المقيدين في درجتي الماجستير والدكتوراه بكلية التربية في جامعة أسيوط، وقد بلغت العينة (198) باحثًا؛ وذلك للتعرف على واقع دور التوجه الريادي في تنمية الأداء الريادي لديهم. وقد توصل الباحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن دور التوجه الريادي من قبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس في تنمية الأداء الريادي للباحثين جاء بدرجة متوسطة من منظور العينة ككل، مما يؤكد ضرورة تفعيل التوجه الريادي في تنمية أداء الباحثين لتوجيه بحوثهم للمجتمع والتحول إلى الجانب التطبيقي. وكذلك ضرورة تقبل المبادرات البحثية الجديدة وتقديم الأفكار الجديدة دون خوف أو تردد. كما جاء محور الاستباقية في المرتبة الأولى بدرجة مرتفعة، وجاء كلٌّ من محوري توجيه البحوث للتعاون المجتمعي والابتكارية بدرجتين متوسطتين، وجاء محور تقبل المخاطرة في المرتبة الأخيرة بدرجة ضعيفة. وقدم الباحث في نهاية البحث تصورا مقترحا له أهداف ومرتكزات وآليات وضمانات لتحقيقه، يمكن من خلاله تفعيل دور التوجه الريادي في تنمية الأداء الريادي لدى الباحثين في كلية التربية بجامعة أسيوط. The current research has aimed at defining the role of entrepreneurial orientation in developing entrepreneurial performance among researchers at the Faculty of Education, Assiut University; in addition to presenting a suggested proposal to activate its role. The research has used the descriptive analytical method. The researcher has designed a questionnaire that was applied on a sample of researchers enrolled in master and doctoral degrees at Faculty of Education, Assiut University. The research sample has covered (198) researcher in order to identify the reality of entrepreneurial orientation role in developing entrepreneurial performance of researchers. The research came down to some results, most important of which are: the entrepreneurial orientation of the faculty members in developing the entrepreneurial performance of the researchers came in a moderate degree from the sample perspective as a whole. This confirms the need to activate the entrepreneurial orientation in developing the performance of researchers to direct their research to the community and transfer them to the applied side. It is necessary to accept new research initiatives Without fear or hesitation. The proactivity axis also ranked first with a high score. The two axes of research orientation for community and Innovation has come in a medium degrees. Risk –taking axis ranked last in a low degree. The researcher has concluded his research with a suggested proposal which has included objectives, pillars, mechanisms and guarantees to achieve it, through which the role of entrepreneurial orientation can be activated in developing entrepreneurial performance among researchers at the Faculty of Education, Assiut University.
