AU - جنيدي، أحمد فوزي AB - The present study aims at predicting academic performance in the light of strategies of self-regulation and self-concept among middle school students with learning disabilities. The study is determined by students of the preparatory stage in beheira governorate. The sample of the study was 100 students with learning disabilities (13 to 15 years). The study used the following tools: "stanford bennett intelligence test", "the fifth image of translation and localization" (safwat faraj, 2011), and the neuroscience test for learning disabilities, by margaret moti et al. (1999), the self-regulation strategies (preparation / researcher), the self-concept (preparation / researcher), and the academic performance test (preparation / researcher). After confirming their psychometric characteristics they were applied to the research sample, , and the researcher reached the following results: there is a significant correlation between the academic performance and self-regulation strategies of students with learning disabilities. There is a significant correlation between the academic performance and self-concept among students with learning difficulties. Academic performance of children with learning disabilities can be predicted by knowing their self- concept strategies. Academic performance of children with learning disabilities can be predicted through their self-concept.
