AB - This study aimed to identify the causes of school violence among secondary school students in the schools of Tulkarm from the point view of teachers for the first semester of the academic year (2013/2014 , And to investigate the effect of school variables, sex and branch taught by experience and qualification has been used. The researcher used a questionnaire , which consisted of (50) items divided in five areas measuring each type of violence .The veracity, the study tool and persistence, stability has reached coefficient (0.88). (Have been verified and .The study sample consisted of 224 teachers from secondary schools. The results showed the presence of statistically significant differences in the qualification for the Masters in favor of sex. While the study did not show statistically significant differences attributable to the variables studied by the branch and the type of school that taught him the most important researchers came out the following recommendations: The Ministry of Education to hold training sessions for modern methods in education will help teachers to deal positively with students and ministry determined criteria (for the teacher and the school) which is characterized by ease the level of practice of violence in schools and to provide material and moral incentives for them.
