AB - The study aims to reveal the extent to which university curricula specializing in clinical psychology respond to the needs of the labor market (the position of clinical specialist) from the point of view of practitioners practicing the profession in its various fields; a questionnaire to collect study data, mean, standard deviation and (t-test) for statistical treatment. The results indicated the following: 1) the degree of response of university curricula in its part related to competencies (skills, knowledge, and personality) to the needs of the clinical specialist's job position was average. 2) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the responses of the members of the study sample about the response of the skills (knowledge - skill personal) graduated from the university to the needs of the job position in favor of the classic system. 3) There are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample individuals on the response of the competencies (skill - personal) (graduated from the university to the needs of the work position due to the variable of the university academic level (Bachelor - Master) except for the cognitive one that had small differences for master degree.
