AU - الحبيشي، صفاء محمد AU - حسين، عبير سليمان AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الوضع الراهن للطالبات المعلمات بكلية التربية للبنات بالمدينة المنورة من حيث معرفة مفهوم التعليم الإلكتروني، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مدى توافر المهارات التقنية التي يحتاجها المعلِّم للوصول إلى بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني والمهارات التي يحتاجها لاستخدام التعليم الإلكتروني، وذلك من وجهة نظر هؤلاء الطالبات. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 152 طالبة من طالبات الفرقة الثالثة بكلية التربية: (76 من طالبات الأقسام الأدبية، 76 من الأقسام العلمية) للعام الجامعي 2007. ولجمع البيانات تم استخدام استبانه بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS (النسخة العاشرة). وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عند تطبيق جميع محاور الاستبانة ككل عن وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا بين متوسط طالبات الأقسام العلمية ومتوسط طالبات الأقسام الأدبية، وذلك لصالح طالبات الأقسام العلمية، بالرغم من عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا بين متوسط المجموعتين بالنسبة لإدراك مفهوم التعليم الإلكتروني أو الوصول إلى مستوى التمكن المطلوب بالنسبة للمهارات التي يحتاجها المعلم لاستخدام التعليم الإلكتروني. وقد أوصت الباحثتان بضرورة إعادة هيكلة المواد التي تدرسها الطالبات في كليات التربية بما يتناسب ومتطلّبات إعداد المعلم في القرن الحادي والعشرين. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed at identifying the current situation of female student/ teachers at the Girls’ College of Education in Al-Madinah regarding to their view points towards the recognition of the E-learning concept, in addition to identification of the skills that modern teachers need to a) access E- learning environment; b) use E-learning. The sample of the study was consisted of 152 third level (both scientific and literary) female student/ teachers studying at the Girls’ College of Education in the city of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah ,second semester 2007. For data collection, a questionnaire was developed validity and reliability were checked. The appropriate statistical methods and tools were calculated using SPSS (version 10). The results of the overall application of the questionnaire domain revealed that there was a significant statistical difference between the mean of the scientific departments female students and the literary departments female students for the sake of scientific students, although there were no significant statistical differences between the two groups concerning the recognition of the E-learning concept and the mastery of the skills needed to use E-learning. The two researchers recommended the reconstruction of the educational subjects that have been taught at the college of Education so as to cope with the requirements of the 21st century teacher preparation.
