AB - ھدفت ھذه الدراسة إلى تقصي وجھات نظر معلمات ریاض الأطفال حول الدمج في ریاض الأطفال في الأردن. ولتحقیق أھداف ھذه الدراسة تم بناء أداة الدراسة، والتحقق من صدقھا وثباتھا، واختیرت عینة عشوائیة تكونت من (124) معلمة، ومن أھم النتائج التي توصلت لھا الدراسة ما یلي: أن وجھات نظر معلمات ریاض الأطفال حول إمكانیة الدمج من الجوانب الأكادیمیة وكذلك الجوانب الانفعالیة - الاجتماعیة في ریاض الأطفال جاءت مرتفعة. كما بینت تعدد معیقات الدمج من وجھة نظرھن، كما أظھرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائیة عند (α=0.05) في وجھات نظر معلمات ریاض الأطفال نحو دمج الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة باختلاف نوع الروضة، والمؤھل العلمي والخبرة. وفي ضوء النتائج توصي الباحثة بالسعي نحو التطبیق الفعلي للدمج في صفوف ریاض الأطفال، وضرورة العمل على تنظیم مزید من دورات التأھیل لمعلمات ریاض الأطفال بھدف تحسین اتجاھاتھن ووجھات نظرھن نحو جوانب الدمج المختلفة، والعمل مع المعلمات لزیادة دافعیتھن لتلقي التدریب الملائم حول تكییف مناھج ریاض الأطفال لفكرة الدمج وتبني استراتیجیات تعلم وتعلیم تراعي الفروق الفردیة بین أطفال الروضة. AB - The study aimed to explore the views of the teachers about the possibility of mergers in the government and private kindergarten children in Jordan. To achieve the objectives of this study were built study tool for the purpose of data collection, verification of the validity and reliability, and distributed to the study sample consisted of (124 by) a teacher of them (26), a teacher working in a government kindergarten and (98) a teacher working in a private kindergarten, and the most important the study results, which have reached the following: 1) the degree of awareness of kindergarten teachers and academic aspects of the integration of children with disabilities in kindergartens in Jordan elevated came. 2) The degree of awareness of kindergarten teachers to aspects of emotional-social integration of children with disabilities in kindergartens in Jordan came high. 3) Obstacles to mergers in the kindergartens from the viewpoint of kindergarten teachers in Jordan has come high.
