AU - الزهراني، معجب بن عثمان AB - The current study aims to identify the level of satisfaction of students and graduates with the bachelor's degree program presented to them in the department of art education at King Saud University through three areas: the nature of the program and courses, the performance of faculty members, and the facilities, laboratories and equipment. It also aims to identify differences in the level of satisfaction of students and graduates about the program according to the variables of gender and study status whether they are students or graduates. To achieve these aims, the analytical descriptive approach was used. A random sample of 116 students and graduates was selected. The results showed that the students and graduates participating in this study were satisfied with the program through the pivotal (nature of the program and courses, and the performance of faculty members), while they were dissatisfied with the axis (facilities, laboratories and equipment) of the model. The results showed statistically significant differences between the responses of the participants due to the gender variable in favor of the male sample regarding faculty member performance, while the differences were in favor of the female sample in the axis of facilities, laboratories and equipment. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the different study status of the sample members. The study also issued a number of recommendations focused on the development and updating of the department's program.
