AU - العطاس، فاطمة عمر علي AU - السيف، عبد المحسن بن سيف بن إبراهيم AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة واقع معلمات العلوم الشرعية في تنمية مهارات التعلم الموجه ذاتيا، واشتملت عينة الدراسة (133) معلمة من معلمات المرحلة الثانوية، تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية. واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت مقياس لمهارات التعلم الموجه ذاتيا كأداة للدراسة، واستخدمت المتوسط الحسابي لإيجاد درجة واقع المعلمات في تنمية مهارات التعلم الموجه ذاتيا، واختبار ANOVA لإيجاد الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية وفقا لمتغير الخبرة العملية والدرجة العلمية، وتوصلت الباحثة لدرجة مرتفعة جدا في تنمية مهارات التعلم الموجه ذاتيا، ودرجة المعلمات في تنمية المهارات المتعلقة بأساليب التدريس مرتفعة جدا، بينما درجة المعلمات في تنمية المهارات المتعلقة بالعملية التعليمية مرتفعة، وكذلك لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية يعزى لمتغير الخبرة العملية أو الدرجة العلمية. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, adopted a measure of self-directed learning skills as a tool for study, and used the arithmetic mean to find the degree of the reality of the teachers in developing self-directed learning skills, and the ANOVA test to find statistically significant differences according to the variable of practical experience and the scientific degree, and the researcher reached a very high degree in the development self-directed learning skills, and the degree of female teachers in developing skills related to teaching methods is very high, while the degree of female teachers in developing skills related to the educational process is high, also there are no statistically significant differences attributable to the variable practical experience or scientific degree.
