AB - The study aimed to identify the constraints of implementing of the conceptual maps in teaching the Islamic education for the secondary level- Teachers’ point of view in Amman governorate. The researcher used the descriptive survey to achieve the above mentioned target. The questionnaire tool was adopted as the tool to study and verify its’ stability and validity utilizing scientific and statistical methods. The study sample was formed of (460) teachers (male/female) they were stratified randomly chosen from different public and private schools. Using the appropriate statistical means, the following results occurred: The availability of constraints that hinder the implementation of the conceptual maps was high in general. Teachers’ constraints took the first level then followed by the constraints that affect the school itself and the third level was the students’ constraints. Discrepancies of Statistical significance at level (a=0.05) of constraints availability in implementing the conceptual maps according to the supervising authorities in the favor of public schools. And Discrepancies of Statistical significance at level (a=0.05) of constraints availability in implementing the conceptual maps at public schools according to the variable factor for the favor of females. There are apparent differences between the arithmetic means according to the experience factor for the favor of the category below five years.
