AU - عريشي، زهور محمد عبد الله AB - هدف البحث عرض مجموعة من الكفايات اللازمة التى يجب الأخذ بها في إعداد معلم العلوم في ظل الثورة المعرفية، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفى التحليلى، وتوصل البحث إلي مجموعة من النتائج هي: ضرورة الأخذ بالكفايات اللازمة لإعداد معلم العلوم والتي ينبغي أن يمتلكها فى ضوء التحديات المتعددة التي تعيشها النظم التربوية. من خلال برامج إعداد المعلم بجب مراعاة أن تكتمل شخصيته أولا؛ حتى يتمكن من تنمية الجانب العقدي والروحي لدى المتعلمين، وأن تقوم علي امتلاك معلم العلوم قدرة عالية من التفكير العلمي الإبداعي الناقد، وحل المشكلات، والتحليل والتطبيق، وضرورة الأخذ بالكفايات اللازمة في برامج إعداد معلم العلوم لإدارة المهارات الحياتية بكفاءة، والأخذ بالكفايات اللازمة في برامج إعداد معلم العلوم لإدارة القدرات من خلال مفهوم الذكاءات المتعددة، ضرورة الأخذ بالكفايات اللازمة في برامج إعداد معلم العلوم لدعم الاقتصاد المعرفي، ولإدارة تكنولوجيا التعليم، ولإدارة منظومة التقويم، ولإدارة فن عملية التعليم.
