AU - عبد القادر، مها محمد أحمد AB - The current study aimed at establishing a proposed perspective of Al Azhar university education internationalization in the light of knowledge-based economy from the viewpoints of faculty members. The study utilized a questionnaire that have been administered to a number of faculties at Al Azhar University. The results revealed that University administration did not give due attention to scholarships and missions in addition to the lack of privileges presented to those who have international experience. Findings revealed such lack for students, curricula and current academic programs that need reconsideration from the university administration and the faculty members. Furthermore, university policy does not stimulate faculty members to achieve in scientific research. Finally, the study highlighted the necessity of reconstructing the university strategy, techniques followed in establishing new and developed institutions, and restructuring what already exists.
