AB - This study aimed at identifying the role of the administrative system of the primary schools at Asir Educational Directorate towards some of the school situations related to both teacher and student. The study was carried out through a questionnaire given to the administrative staff of the schools using a descriptive approach and personal interviews. Data collected from the questionnaire were statistically treated. The findings of the study revealed several results that explain the administrative role of primary schools at Asir Educational Directorate regarding special situations concerning teachers and students: In the event where a teacher is absent more than acceptable, the administrative role of the school is obligated to report the educational administration in the region in order to take the necessary procedures, or to simply notify him orally as a first process. In the case of a student assaulting another student the school administration sees that both students should be addressed properly and monitored /or their parents are called upon and held accountable. When one of the teachers makes an error in front of his students, his attention should be drawn outside the classroom, or, an intervention should be done to divert the students' attention from the teacher's behavior. Sometimes, this wrong behavior is not discussed with the teacher but it is proved in his report. The study presented a number of recommendations such as setting standards for selecting school managers and deputies as these standards determine the efficiency and suitability of school management. The training sessions should also focus on discussing situations and problems faced by school administration and how to find the right solutions.
