AU - البحيري، السيد السيد محمود AB - The objective of this research was to develop a proposed strategy to develop the practices of secondary school leaders for creative leadership in Asir region. The descriptive method and the questionnaire were utilized in order to identify the views of secondary school leaders and their teachers about the reality of the practices of leaders of schools for creative leadership and their obstacles and the mechanisms of their development in secondary schools in Asir region. The questionnaire consisted of (45) items and was administered to 1177 individuals, 201 principals, 363 vice principals and 613 teachers. The responses of the research sample showed that the obstacles faced by the secondary school leaders in the Asir region of creative leadership practices came to a "large" degree, And the responses of the members of the research sample on the mechanisms of developing the practices of high school leaders in the Asir region of creative leadership with the approval of (very high). Results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of members of the research sample on the axes of the field research tool related to the practices of secondary school leaders in Asir region for creative leadership and the obstacles of the practices of secondary school leaders in Asir region for creative leadership and the mechanisms of their development according to variables (current and qualified). The research presented a proposed strategy for the development of the practices of high school leaders in Asir region for creative leadership, which consisted of a number of elements, including objectives, bases, and mechanisms for implementing the proposed strategy. The study recommended the establishment of a separate unit to review creativity in the educational process in the light of the principles of creative leadership and to reduce the number of administrative levels in the prevailing organizational structures, thus increasing communication efficiency and reducing decision-making time. The study proposed a study on teachers' attitudes towards the application of creative leadership in public education schools.
