AU - الجاسر، وليد بن عبد الرحمن محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التوظيف الإداري لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في الجامعات السعودية، والكشف عن المعوقات التي تحد من توظيفها الإداري، وتقديم مقترحات تعزز توظيفها الإداري، وذلك من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدم المنهج الوصفي (المسحي)، والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، التي طبقت على عينة عشوائية بلغت (648) عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السعودية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، أبرزها: 1) أن واقع التوظيف الإداري لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي بالجامعات السعودية جاء بدرجة متوسطة، حيث جاء بُعد إدارة القبول والإرشاد الأكاديمي بدرجة عالية، بينما جاءت بقية الأبعاد بدرجة متوسطة، وفقا للترتيب الآتي: إدارة الخدمات الجامعية، التواصل مع المجتمع، تعزيز أنشطة البحث العلمي. 2) أن هناك موافقة بدرجة عالية على المعوقات التي تحد من توظيفها الإداري. 3) أن هناك موافقة بدرجة عالية على المقترحات التي تعزز توظيفها الإداري. The study used descriptive survey method, and questionnaire as a tools, It was applied on a random sample of academic staff members in Saudi universities of (648) members. The most important results of this study were the following: 1) The reality of the dministrative use of social networking sites in Saudi universities came in an (average) degree, The dimensions came as follows: admission and academic advising services, which came in (high) degree, Then the rest of the dimensions came in (average) degree, management of university services, outreach to the community, support scientific research activities. 2) There is a (high) agreement among the study sample on the obstacles that limit the dministrative use of social networking sites in Saudi universities. 3) There is a (high) agreement among the study sample on the suggestions which reinforce the dministrative use of social networking sites in Saudi universities.
