AU - الشمري، أحمد حمود ميس AB - هدف البحث إلي التوصل إلي الآليات المقترحة لتطوير نظام إعداد معلم التعليم الأساسي في الكويت في ضوء خبرة فنلندا، من خلال تحقق عدد من الأهداف الفرعية وهي: التعرف علي الأسس الفكرية لنظام إعداد المعلم، التعرف علي ملامح نظام إعداد معلم التعليم الأساسي في الكويت، التعرف علي ملامح نظام إعداد معلم التعليم الأساسي في دولة فنلندا، الاستفادة من نظام إعداد معلم التعليم الأساسي في فنلندا لتطوير نظام إعداد معلم التعليم الأساسي في الكويت، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق هدف البحث، وتم التوصل إلي مجموعة من الآليات المقترحة لتطوير نظام إعداد معلم التعليم الأساسي في الكويت في ضوء خبرة دولة فنلندا، منها، اشراك المعلمين في تصميم المناهج الدراسية، الدعوة لإنشاء مجلس خاص بشؤون مهنة التدريس، وبناء مدارس تجريبية تكون ملحقة بكل كلية من كليات التربية لممارسة منهجيات التدريس الجديدة والتجارب الجديدة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed at identifying proposed mechanisms to develop the system of elementary education teacher preparation in the State of Kuwait in the light of the Finnish experience in this field, this can be achieved through a number of secondary goals. These include the following: 1) Studying the features of elementary education teacher preparation in the state of Kuwait. 2) Studying the system of elementary education teacher preparation in Finland. 3) Benefitting from the system of elementary education teacher preparation in Finland to develop the system of elementary education teacher preparation in the state of Kuwait. The study used the descriptive method to fulfill its objectives, the study reached a set of proposed mechanisms to develop the system of elementary education teacher preparation in Kuwait in the light of the Finnish experience, these include the following: 1) The participation of teachers in the design of school curricula. 2) Establishing special councils concerned with teaching profession affairs. 3) Building experimental schools attached to every faculty of education to practice new teaching methodologies and techniques.
