AU - الرنتيسي، أحمد محمد الرنتيسي محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد معوقات استفادة طلبة الخدمة الاجتماعية من التدريب الميداني في المؤسسات الاجتماعية من وجهة نظر الطلبة، وتعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، حيث استخدم الباحث منهج المسح الاجتماعي بطريقة الحصر الشامل، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على جميع طلبة الخدمة الاجتماعية في مستوى السنة الثالثة المسجلين لمساق التدريب الميداني، والطلبة في مستوى السنة الرابعة الذين أنهوا مساق التدريب الميداني في قسم الخدمة الاجتماعية في الجامعة الإسلامية بغزة وعددهم (108) طلاب وطالبات، واستعان الباحث بأداة استبانة للكشف عن نتائج الدراسة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أكثر المعوقات التي تعيق استفادة طلبة الخدمة الاجتماعية من التدريب الميداني في المؤسسات الاجتماعية تتمثل في المعوقات المرتبطة بالمؤسسة، تليها المعوقات المرتبطة بمشرف المؤسسة، تليها المعوقات المرتبطة بقسم الخدمة الاجتماعية، تليها المعوقات المرتبطة بالمشرف الأكاديمي، وأخيراً المعوقات المرتبطة بالطلبة، كما وجدت الدراسة فروقا دالة إحصائياً في استجابات أفراد عينة البحث طبقاً لمعوقات استفادتهم من التدريب الميداني في المؤسسات الاجتماعية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس والمستوى الدراسي، لصالح كل من (الطلبة الذكور، وطلبة مستوى السنة الرابعة)، إلا أنها لم تجد فروقاً دالة إحصائياً في استجابات أفراد عينة البحث طبقاً لمعوقات استفادتهم من التدريب الميداني في المؤسسات الاجتماعية تبعاً لمتغير المعدل التراكمي، وأخيراً في ضوء مناقشة النتائج اقترح الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed at identifying the obstacles that hinder social service students from benefiting from field training in social institutions from the point view of the students. This study is considered a descriptive study where the researcher used the social survey method i.e. complete census. The study comprised all social service students in the third year level of their study and applied for the field training course in addition to the students in the fourth year level who completed field training in the Social Service Department at the Islamic University of Gaza and they counted for 108 students (males/females). The researcher used the questionnaire tool to reveal the results of the study. The results showed that the main obstacles that hinder the students from benefiting from field training are those related to the institution, then those related to the supervisor of the institution, and the obstacles related to the Social Service Department and finally the obstacles related to the academic supervisor and the students. The study also found statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample according to the obstacles that hinder their benefit from field training in the social institutions according to the gender variable and the academic level in favor of (male students and fourth year students). However, there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the research sample according to the obstacles that hinder their benefit from the field training in the social institutions according to the variable of the cumulative average. Finally, in light of the discussion of the results, the researcher suggested a set of recommendations.
