AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى مراعاة متطلبات تطبيق إدراة المعرفة في التدريس الجامعي، وتم ذلك من خلال استبانه، دارت حول متطلبات استخدام إدارة المعرفة في التدريس الجامعي، وزعت على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعات النجاح والعربية الأمريكية وفروع جامعة القدس المفتوحة في نابلس وطولكرم وجنين، بلغ عدد أفرادها 134 عضو هيئة تدريس. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: إن درجة مراعاة متطلبات تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في التدريس الجامعي، جاءت على مستوى بعد المؤسسة متوسطة، أما على مستوى بعد عضو هيئة التدريس، فجاءت قوية. اتضح عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (α=0.05) بين استجابات أفراد العينة فيما يتعلق بدرجة مراعاة متطلبات تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في التدريس الجامعي، على مستوى بعد عضو هيئة التدريس، تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة الثلاثة، بينما تبين وجود فروق على مستوى بعد المؤسسة، تعزى لمتغير الجامعة، وذلك لصالح جامعة القدس المفتوحة وجامعة النجاح، ولمتغير سنوات الخبرة لمن زادت سنوات خبرتهم على عشر سنوات، كما تبين وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير التخصص، وذلك لصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس في التخصصات (الكليات) الأدبية. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات التي أكدت ضرورة وتطبيق إدارة المعرفة في التدريس الجامعي. The data was collected through a 44 item questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of 134 university instructions at An- Najah National University, Arab American University and at Quda Open University regional offices in Nablus, Tulkarem and Jenin. The study showed that: Considering the requirements of knowledge management in university instruction ccame at medium level when institution was the factor tested, but when the factor was university instructors the level was high. The study showed that there were no significant differences at (a=0.05) on the instructor level. But the differences were at (a=0.05) the level of the institution in favor of Al-Quds Open University and An-Najah University. There were also significant differences relevant to the years of experience, and in favor of those with more than ten year of experience. The study also showed significant differences relevant to the field of specialization, and in favor of the university teachers at the humanities. In the light of these results, the research puts forth a number of suggestions to underscore the importance of adopting Knowledge management systems.
