AU - الحمران، محمد خالد AU - جروان، أحمد علي محمد AU - حمادنة، عبد الرؤوف AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على آراء معلمي المدارس الحكومية في تفعيل منظومة التعلم الإلكتروني في التعليم، والتحديات التي تواجههم من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المدارس الحكومية من مديريتي التربية والتعليم للوائي المزار الشمالي وبني عبيد، وتمّ اختيار عينة عشوائية من هذه المدارس بلغت 165 معلما ومعلمة. ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة قام الباحثون بإعداد استبانة مسحية، تكوّنت من جزأين، تم توزيعها على معلمي المدارس للعيّنة المختارة، وذلك بعد أن تم استخراج معاملي الصدق والثبات لأداة الدراسة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن الآراء نحو توظيف منظومة التعلم الإلكتروني في مجملها كانت إيجابية، حيث كانت الأهمية النسبية لجميع الفقرات بمعدل 68.8% بمتوسط حسابي كلّي 3.44؛ وقد شكّلت المحدّدات درجة فوق الوسط، حيث كانت الأهمية النسبية المتوسطة للمحدّدات تبلغ 67.71 وبمتوسط حسابي 3.38. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed to the views of the government school teachers about the activation of e-learning the education system and the challenges they face from the point of view of the teachers themselves, the study population consisted of all public schools in the departments of education of Almazar northern and bni Obaid Directorate, was selected a random sample of these schools amounted to 165 teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers prepare a questionnaire survey, consisted of two parts were distributed to the teachers of the schools selected for the sample. The results showed the following: the views towards employing e-learning system in its entirety was positive, where the relative importance of all the paragraphs at a rate 68.8%, total average 3.44, determinants degree has formed over the middle, where the relative importance of the determinants of medium 67.71% and a mean 3.38.
