AU - محفوظ، عبد الرؤوف إسماعيل AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرّف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على (الاستماع، اللفظ المنغم، الإيقاع الحركي) في تنمية مهارات التعبير الشفهي ومفهوم الذات الأكاديمي لدى مجموعة من الأطفال ضعاف السمع للمرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة جدة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 48 طفلا من ضعاف السمع والموجودين في المدارس التالية (مدرسة عبد الملك بن مروان، ومدرسة أبي أيوب الانصاري، ومدرسة شيبة بن عثمان الابتدائية، ومدرسة ابن باز الابتدائية، ومدرسة سليمان بن عبد الملك)، ثم تمّ تقسيم العينة إلى قسمين بالتساوي (تجريبية وضابطة)، قوام كل مجموعة 24 طفلا، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى: 1) وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية في تطوير وتحسين مهارات التعبير الشفهي للأطفال ضعاف السمع، في المرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة جدة تعزى إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي الذي اعتمد على أسلوب الاستماع والتنغيم والإيقاع الحركي. 2) وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية في تنمية مفهوم الذات الأكاديمي للأطفال ضعاف السمع في المرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة جدة تعزى للبرنامج التدريبي الذي عمل على مساعدتهم في تطوير معارفهم، ومهاراتهم اللغوية في التعبير الشفهي، واتجاهاتهم نحو تقدير ذاتهم، فإنّ كل ذلك يزيد من نظرتهم الإيجابية لذاتهم الأكاديمية.
