AU - الشمري، عبيد محمد عبيد AU - الكندري، خالد عبد الرحيم AU - القطان، هاني علي AB - هدفت الدراسة بيان دور النمذجة التعليمية في تنمية مستوى مهارات الإبداع المهني لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظرهم في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي مع الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت، بينما اقتصرت العينة على عدد (981) معلماً ومعلمة موزعين وفق متغيرات (النوع/ سنوات الخبرة) وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن أن درجة الموافقة على مجمل المحاور (مرتفعة) من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، وكانت ترتيبها كالتالي المحور الثالث الخاص بدور النمذجة التعليمية في تنمية مهارة الأصالة لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، ثم المحور الثاني الخاص بدور النمذجة التعليمية في تنمية مهارة المرونة لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، ثم المحور الأول الخاص بدور النمذجة التعليمية في تنمية مهارة الطلاقة لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة المحور الرابع الخاص بدور النمذجة التعليمية في تنمية مهارة الحساسية للمشكلات لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، حيث تراوحت متوسط الأوزان النسبية لعبارات تلك المحاور بين (2.599) و(2.690). (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current study aimed at investigating the role of educational modeling in developing the level of professional creativity skills among the primary school teachers in Kuwait from their viewpoints in the light of some variables. The study utilized the descriptive method making use of a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The study population were all the primary school teachers in Kuwait and the participants were 981 teachers (males and females) who were assigned according to the study variables (gender / years of experience). The results of the study revealed that the degree of approval of all the dimensions was (high) from the viewpoints of the study participants as the dimensions were respectively arranged as follows: the third dimension related to the role of the educational modeling in developing the skill of flexibility of the primary school teachers, the first dimension related to the role of the educational modeling in developing the skill of fluency of the primary school teachers, and the fourth dimension related to the role of the educational modeling in developing the sensitivity to problems skill among the primary school teachers as the means of the items relative weights ranged between (2.599) and (2.690).
