AU - محمد، عايدة ذيب عبد الله AU - الصرايرة، أحمد AU - بني خالد، محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى معايير الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق نتاجات التعلم لدى طلبة جامعة جرش من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (120) عضو هيئة تدريس في جامعة جرش تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية المتيسرة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحثون أداة الدراسة وهي عبارة عن استبانة وتكونت من (39) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات هي (المجال المعرفي والمجال الوجداني والمجال النفس حركي)، وقد أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الرتبة الأكاديمية والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، ووجود فروق في درجة تطبيق معايير الجودة ذات دلالة تعزى لمتغير التخصص وكانت الفروق لصالح التخصصات العلمية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to identify the overall quality and standards of its relationship to the achievement of learning outcomes at Jerash University students from the viewpoint of the faculty members, the study sample consisted of (120), a member of the University of Jerash has been chosen randomly accessible way in order to achieve objectives of the study. The researchers prepared a study tool and consisted of 39 items distributed among three areas (cognitive domain and affective domain and the domain of self- kinesthetic) has been checked the veracity of the tool and its persistence, and Results showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the impact of scientific grade and academic qualification and years of experience, the lack of statistical significance due to the impact of years of experience differences, and the presence of significant due to the variable specialization differences. The differences of scientific disciplines, the researchers recommended in light of the results of the study need to apply total quality standards in educational institutions in order to achieve better outcomes.
