AU - محمود، رائد إدريس AU - مصطفى، ريم سالم AB - هدف البحث الى الكشف عن الكفايات التدريسية لدى تدريسيي جامعة تكريت وتدريسياتها من وجهة نظر طلبتهم , تحدد البحث بطلبة المرحلة الثالثة في كليات جامعة تكريت للعام الدراسي (2017-2018)، بلغت عينة البحث (50) تدريسيا وتدريسية و(526) طالبا وطالبة من نفس الجامعة. قام الباحثان باعداد مقياس لقياس الكفايات التدريسية شملت خمسة مجالات هي (الشخصية، المحاضرة، الانشطة والتقويم، العلاقات الانسانية، التمكن العلمي والمهني)، وكان عدد فقراتها الكلي (58) فقرة بثلاثة بدائل بعد ان تم التاكد من صدقها الظاهري والبنائي وتمييز فقراتها وثباتها، كما تم استخرج معايير للمقياس يتم من خلالها تقييم الكفايات التدريسية للتدريسي الجامعي، وقد اظهرت نتائج البحث ان مستوى تدريسيي جامعة تكريت وتدريسياتها في مجالات (الشخصية والتمكن العلمي والمهني ) يعد مستو عال، وان مستواهم في مجالي (المحاضرة، العلاقات الانسانية) يعد مستو مقبولا الى حد ما وان مستواهم في مجال الانشطة والتقويم يعد مستو ضعيفا، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج وضع الباحثان مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات. The research is determined by the students of the third stage in the faculties of the University of Tikrit for the academic year 2017-2018.
