Therefore, the current study aims at measuring the leadership administration skills of primary schools in Baghdad city. Then, it aims at knowing the relationship of the leadership skills to their according to the variables of gender (male, female) and the duration in service more or less. In order to achieve the objectives, as ample made up of (465) male and female principals were chosen as 116 male principals and 349 female principals in the method of random staging.
